FAQ

Prints: All prints are printed on a fine art paper which is a thick matte paper with a subtle watercolor texture.

Greeting Cards: All cards are made on a thick matte paper and come with a plain white envelope.

Shipping: All items items are made to order and can take up to 2 business weeks to ship out. You will be notified once the item has been received at the post office. 

For US Orders: You will be sent a tracking number with your shipping notification.

International Shipping: I am currently working on finding a way to ship internationally, at the moment all sales are limited to the US and Canada. If you are international and have an interest in purchasing a print prior to the internal shipping update, please contact me and we can discuss shipping options. 

Returns: All sales are final for non-damaged items. If an item was received damaged while in transit, please email me pictures of the damaged packaging/items at [email protected] and I will work on sending out a replacement. 

Commissions: I am not always available to take on art commissions but if you would like to discuss an idea for a commission piece from me please email [email protected]
